Purina Dog Chow 100 Years.

Eligibility: The Nestlé Purina Petcare – Dog Chow 100 Years Sam’s Club Activation Instant Win Promotion (the "Promotion") is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States, District of Columbia, and Puerto Rico, who are 18 years or older (or 19 if resident of AL or NE; and 21 if a reside of PR) and are active Sam’s Club Members by June 30, 2026. Void where prohibited by law. No purchase necessary to enter the Promotion. Employees of Nestlé Purina PetCare Company, 800 Chouteau Ave, St. Louis, Missouri, US 63102 (the "Sponsor"), Brandmovers, Inc., 1519 Carroll Dr. NW, Atlanta, GA 30318 ("Administrator”) Sam’s West, Inc., (“Promotional Participant”) (collectively with Sponsor, Administrator, and Promotional Participant, the "Released Parties”), and any of their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, or any other company or individual involved with the design, production execution or distribution of the Promotion and their immediate family (spouse, parents and step-parents, siblings and step-siblings, and children and step-children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible to enter or win. The Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Participation constitutes participant's full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor's decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

Promotion Period. The Promotion begins on July 1, 2026, at 12:00:00 AM Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on December 31, 2027, at 11:59:59 PM ET (the "Promotion Period").

How to Participate, Win and Claim a Prize: There are two ways to participate for a chance to win a Grand Prize.

Purchase Dog Chow Dry Dog Food at Sam’s Club
1. During the Promotion Period, eligible participants can purchase a specially-marked 48 lb bag of Purina Dog Chow with Chicken or Purina Dog Chow With Beef Dry Dog Food at any participating Sam’s Club location, available while supplies last during the Promotion Period (whichever occurs sooner). Open the bag to see if it contains a Dog Chow 100 Years Golden Dog Chow Ticket (“Golden Dog Chow Ticket”) featuring the specific Grand Prize you are eligible to win, subject to verification.
2. If you find a Golden Dog Chow Ticket, visit dc100year.com to find the prize claim form (“Prize Claim”) and provide your first and last name, your Sam’s Club Membership number, and the code featured on the Golden Dog Chow Ticket, and submit the completed Prize Claim form no later than 11:59:59 PM ET on December 31, 2027. Any Prize Claims received after this deadline will be forfeited and the Prize featured on that Golden Dog Chow Ticket will not be awarded.
3. Each Golden Dog Chow Ticket is good for the specific Grand Prize featured on the Golden Dog Chow Ticket, subject to verification via the Prize Claim form. Upon Administrator’s or Sponsor’s receipt and verification of the completed Prize Claim form, Administrator will work with Sponsor to add the Grand Prize to the winner’s Sam’s Club Membership Account within one (1) month of Prize Claim form receipt and verification.
4. All Grand Prizes must be redeemed within 12 months of the Grand Prize being added to the winner’s Sam’s Club Membership Account. Any Grand Prize not redeemed within 12 months of issuance will be forfeited.
5. Finding a Golden Dog Chow Ticket constitutes a potential winning event, pending eligibility confirmation and compliance with these Official Rules. No more than one hundred (100) Golden Dog Chow Tickets will be distributed during the entire Sweepstakes Period.
To enter without purchase (“AMOE” entry):
1. To enter without making a purchase, visit dc100year.com/AMOE and follow the instructions to complete and submit the online entry form (“AMOE Entry”) to receive one (1) entry into the AMOE random drawing. An active Sam’s Club Membership Account number is required and must be provided on the AMOE Entry form to be deemed a valid entry.
2. You must submit the completed AMOE Entry no later than 11:59:59 PM ET on December 31, 2027. Limit one (1) AMOE Entry per person/Sam’s Club Membership Account, per day, during the Promotion Period. For purposes of this Promotion, a “day” is defined as starting at 12:00:00 AM ET and ending at 11:59:59 PM ET on the same calendar day. AMOE Entries have the same chance of winning as purchase based entries.
3. On or about January 4, 2028, Administrator and Sponsor will confirm the number of Grand Prizes available to be awarded via the AMOE random drawing by taking the 100 available Grand Prizes minus the number of Prize Claims received, verified and awarded via the purchase method of entry (“Remaining Prizes”). Administrator will then conduct a random drawing from among all AMOE Entries received during the Promotion Period to award all Remaining Prizes.
4. Administrator will work with Sponsor to add the applicable Grand Prize to the winner’s Sam’s Club Membership Account within one (1) month from the AMOE random drawing date.
5. All Grand Prizes must be redeemed within 12 months of the Grand Prize being added to the winner’s Sam’s Club Membership Account. Any Grand Prize not redeemed within 12 months of issuance will be forfeited.

In the event of a dispute regarding who submitted a registration, entry or who earned an entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address at the time of entry. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. No automatically generated entries will be accepted.

Winners and Odds: One hundred (100) Grand Prizes are available to be won in this Promotion. One hundred (100) Golden Dog Chow Tickets have been randomly inserted into 1,500,000 packages. Odds of receiving a Golden Dog Chow Ticket via the purchase method of entry are 1:15,000. All eligible AMOE Entry submissions will be entered into a separate random drawing for all Remaining Prizes (as defined in Official Rule #3b(iii) above). The number of Remaining Prizes to be awarded via the AMOE method of entry will be calculated using the total number of Grand Prizes available (100) minus the total number of valid Prize Claims received, verified and awarded via the purchase method of entry by 11:59:59 ET on December 31, 2027. Odds of winning via the AMOE method of entry depend on the total number of eligible AMOE Entries received and the number of Remaining Prizes available to be awarded.

Prizes & Approximate Retail Values. One hundred (100) Grand Prizes

– One (1) year supply of Dog Chow Complete with Chicken or Dog Chow Complete with Beef at Sam’s Club, awarded in the form of eight (8) free bags and $100.00 Sam’s Club Cash in the member's Sam's Club account (each, a “Grand Prize”). ARV: $340.00 each. Total ARV for all Grand Prizes available to be won is $34,000.00.

Prizes expire 12 months from being added to the winner’s Sam’s Club Membership account. In the event the winner fails to use all elements of the Grand Prize before the 12-month expiration date, any remaining Grand Prize elements will be forfeited and not be awarded or refunded. Grand Prize is non-transferable, non-negotiable, non-refundable, not redeemable for cash (except the Sams Club Cash may be redeemed for cash), and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the Grand Prize, or portion thereof, for one of equal or greater value for any reason. All taxes (including, without limitation, state and federal income taxes) and the reporting consequences thereof associated with the use and acceptance of a Grand Prize is solely the responsibility of each winner.

Participation Conditions and Release: By entering and/or participating in this Promotion, each participant agrees to release, indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any and all claims, expenses, and liability, including but not limited to negligence and damages of any kind to persons and property, including but not limited to invasion of privacy (under appropriation, intrusion, public disclosure of private facts, false light in the public eye or other legal theory), defamation, slander, libel, violation of right of publicity, infringement of trademark, copyright or other intellectual property rights, property damage, or death or personal injury arising out of or relating to a participant's entry, creation of an entry or submission of an entry, submission of a Prize Claim, participation in the Promotion, acceptance or use or misuse of any Grand Prize and/or the broadcast, exploitation or use of entry or participant information allowed hereunder.

General Conditions: Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Promotion, or any part of it, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, fire, flood, natural or man-made epidemic of health of other means, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, satellite or equipment failure, riot or civil disturbance, terrorist threat or activity, war (declared or undeclared) or any federal state or local government law, order, or regulation, public health crisis, order of any court or jurisdiction or if any fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. If the Promotion is terminated before the designated end date, or if it is discovered that due to an error of any kind more entrants are notified they are winners or more Prize Claims are received than intended to be awarded as set forth in Section 5 of these Official Rules, Sponsor will, where feasible, award any unclaimed Grand Prizes in a second chance random drawing to be conducted from among all AMOE entries, non-suspect entries received as of the date of the event giving rise to the termination or as otherwise deemed fair and appropriate by Sponsor. Inclusion in such drawing shall be a participant’s sole and exclusive remedy under such circumstances. In no instance will more than 100 Grand Prizes be awarded in this Promotion. Participant further agrees and acknowledges that Sponsor reserves the right to forfeit or award any unclaimed Grand Prize at its sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or any other promotion or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner and void all associated entries, and/or Prize Claims. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Only the type and quantity of Grand Prizes described in these Official Rules will be awarded. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these rules shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

Limitations of Liability: The Released Parties are not responsible for: (1) for late, lost, jumbled, garbled, misdirected, delayed, incomplete, incorrect, or inaccurate printing of a Golden Dog Chow Ticket, Prize Claims, AMOE entries, email, or other communications of any kind, whether caused by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this Promotion or by any human error; (2) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by participants, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Promotion; (3) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (4) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process, printing of Golden Dog Chow Tickets or the overall Promotion; (5) technical, network, mechanical, typographical, human or other error or problem which may occur in connection with the Promotion, including, but not limited to, errors or problems which may occur in the administration of the Promotion or the processing of entries or winning Golden Dog Chow Tickets, AMOE Entries or Prize Claims, the announcement of the Grand Prizes, or in any Promotion-related materials; or (6) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from participant's participation in the Promotion or receipt or use or misuse of the Grand Prize, or portion thereof. If for any reason an AMOE Entry, Golden Dog Chow Ticket, or Prize Claim, or any other method to participate in the Promotion is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost, or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, participant's sole remedy is another chance to win, provided that the Promotion has not been terminated or expired.

Disputes/Governing Law: Participant agrees that: (i) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion, other than those concerning the administration of the Promotion or the determination of any winner or for any disputes arising from the loss or injury from the participation in a Grand Prize, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; (ii) any disputes arising out of these Official Rules (except for any disputes arising from the loss or injury from the use of Grand Prize) shall be submitted to final, binding arbitration conducted in Missouri under the Arbitration Rules and Procedures of the Judicial Arbitration and Mediation Services Inc. before a single, neutral arbitrator who is a former or retired Missouri state or federal court judge with experience in entertainment matters who shall follow Missouri law and the Federal Rules of Evidence and have no authority to award punitive damages. Either party may enforce a final arbitration award in any court of competent jurisdiction in Missouri, including an award of costs, fees and expenses incurred in enforcing the award. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Released Parties shall be entitled to seek injunctive relief (unless otherwise precluded by any other provision of these Official Rules) in the state and federal courts of Missouri. Any dispute or portion thereof, or any claim for a particular form of relief (not otherwise precluded by any other provision of these Official Rules), that may not be arbitrated pursuant to applicable state or federal law may be heard only in a court of competent jurisdiction in Missouri; (iii) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of- pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Promotion, but in no event attorneys' fees; and (iv) under no circumstances will participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and participant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out- of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the participant and Sponsor in connection with the Promotion, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Missouri, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of Missouri or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Missouri.

By participating in this Promotion, each participant agrees that the Sponsor, Administrator and Promotional Participant has the right to contact the participant by phone, direct message, or email accounts provided in the participant’s Sam’s Club Membership Account, the AMOE Entry, or on any Prize Claim to administer and fulfill this Promotion.
